I performed my duties in Engro Energy as an HR Project Intern and performed a variety of tasks including assisting with Policy manuals, Policy assessment for bench-marking, Policy comparison, Modification and revision of policies, correspondence with the recruitment & Selection for different programs such as TAEP batch and China scholarship recruitment, and maintaining electronic record of employee time-sheets and leave balance.
The four month served to teach me the inner workings of an organization and allowed me an opportunity to test my theoretical knowledge in a real-world scenario and figure out how things are done. It inculcated in a sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a staunch desire to learn and improve as a person and business professional.
