My Main responsibilities;
- Performing surprise Quality checks to ensure Internal control processes are followed
- Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly MIS Reports for key management decisions
- Preparing, regularizing and verifying Vertical Production Plan (VPP)
- Ensure Production orders must meet timely shipment dispatch
- Verifying vendor’s ledgers for timely payments and material organization
- Doing Product Costing for Boxing Gloves, Headgears and Textile Range
- Identify any bottleneck in production; ensure availability of necessary labor, material and other resources
- Inventory / stock verification on ongoing basis
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Key Result Areas:
* Verifying Tax records as per UAE local authorities and company policies
* Conducting regular audits to ensure operational and financial integrity
* COSO Risk Management Model including Risk Control Self-assessment
* Working with Complaince department for anti-fraud,Anti Money-Laundering, CTF and Risk Management policies
* Verifying individual transactions along with compliance team
* Working closely with Central bank of UAE personnel
* Part of investigating committee
