p·         Prepare and analyze all strongProducts cost sheets/strong and any changes in Direct and Indirect Overheads provided in order to determine what effect on cost of products. Categories of Products Sections as follows;/p

pstrong3-Sweet’s Section/strong/p
pstrong4-Bun/Pita bread Section/strong/p
pstrong5-Rusk Section/strong/p
p·         Establish standard cost and update them as appropriate./p
p·         Develop and Maintain strongCost Accounting system (BOM) using SAP (B1)./strong/p
p·         Analyze manufacturing cost and prepare regular reports comparing strongstandard cost to actual production cost./strong/p
p·         Material, Labor and FOH variance analysis of all running products./p
p·         Develops cost proposal schedules, formats excel templates, strongconducts pricing research/strong and prepares supplemental cost documents needed for submission./p
p·         Develops strongpricing strategies/strong, provides cost/pricing input and resolves issues as needed./p
p·         Monitoring & Review reports of strongBudget v/s Actual expenditures./strong/p
p·         Understand operational and production software to ensure that strongProducts recipes /strongand strongTrade & Retail prices/strong are recorded accurately./p
p·         Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of results./p
