I am working in Bank Alfalah Limited as a system Engineer, Where my job job is to provide Desktop support and network support to 30 Branches remotely and in case of emergency i can visit the branch.
My job includes following major things
1.Diagnose the networks issue
2.Remote support to my concern branches
3. Vist in case of emergency
4.IT rack harnessing
5.CCTV camera monitoring
6.Diagnose hardware issue
To basically provide desktop support to end user.
