Managing International chains all operational and decision making issues i.e. Metro, Hyperstar nationally
Managing their purchase and all sales relevant issues
Manage the activities of supplies to execute the agreed demand plan.
To increase sales in assign territory by extending coverage and appointing new distributors.
Implementing Trade Schemes and Strategies
Assigning and finalizing targets in designated territory
Regular arrangement of advertising material and other promotion activities
Managing and oversee the profitability of business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals
Managing Inventory Planning as per the targets
Reconcile the month end closing sales agreed Demand estimates.
