- Complete solar project inspection (SLD, Interconnection diagram, Cables layout, Earthing, Test reports, Strings polarity, Functional report and HSE).
- Consistently track and monitor productivity goals and ensure to reach the committed energy commitment with client and to determine inconsistencies.
- Daily coordination with Unilever operation manager to manage the load.
- Daily data sharing with Factory Manager and explain the cause and solution as needed.
- Featuring Digital Twin (SPARK software) to detect, prevent, predict, and optimize through real time analytics to deliver business value.
- Execution of corrective action to ensure compliance of E&I Installations with Safety requirements of Unilever and related standards, concerned Local and National codes/Laws and other recognized organizations.
- Optimizing the performance of assets to increase reliability and availability, and reduce operational risks.
- Troubleshooting of Inverters, communication, combiner box/DC Isolator Box (Zero and Low Current) faults.
- Maintain the performance ratio.

- Operation of Incoming & outgoing 11kv Panels.
- Change over to WAPDA supply to Generators and Generators to WAPDA during load shedding using sink Module.
- Operation and Maintenance of 11kv RMU (Ring Main Units).
- Operation of protection relays Earth Fault, over current, Buchholz relay, Distance relay &Differential relay.
- Distribution system (11kv/0.415kv).
- Maintaining the record of load of 132kv Grid Station.
- Coordination with LESCO and RCC in case of any tripping or Shutdown.
- Prepare complete report on daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
- Calculations of all KWH differences between 132 KV, 11 KV incomings and all Outgoing Feeders.
