Internship
I have completed 06 weeks training in PIA head office in Islamabad.During my internship i worked mainly in marketing and administration department of Pakistan international airlines and i tried to apply my knowledge practically and learnt a lot during this time period.
Customer Sales Officer (CSR)
The overall responsibility of the position was to give information about products and convince them to buy our products via e-mails and out bound/In bound phone calls. Analyzing and answering general questions regarding our products and services was also a part of it.
