Responsibilities:
Currently Working at ABM Group of companies as an HR Business Partnering Role to analyze and provide solutions in all HR matters.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Sourcing candidates via professional platforms.
• Technical recruitment for (IT - Tech Support & Developers, Digital Media, Marine & Military) projects.
• Sourcing candidates via professional platforms.
• Managing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection from networking, sourcing, and selection and offer negotiation.
• Support the HR onboarding to ensure effective integration for all new hires. Preparing the announcements, sending out relevant benefits/payroll documentation, running the HR orientation session and updating joining materials
• Support in driving key employer branding initiatives and projects including graduate development program initiatives and campus drives.
Performance Management:
• Administration of Mid years and Annual performance management (Probation Confirmations, Management Trainees) Evaluation, Annual Appraisals (90, 180, 360 degrees), Promotions, Salary reviews and adjustments and analysis.
• Formulated Annual KPIs based on performance management for the business units.
• Propose increment percentage to the management as per market practice, competitive with the market offerings.
• Conducted Job Analysis /Job Evaluation and figured out duplicity in job roles and the total worth of the job in terms of time and effort.
• Created and maintained organizational charts/organograms for departments to maintain workforce analysis to identify potential areas for efficiency building.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Process monthly payroll, incentives, commissions, and disbursements. Monitor HRIS (AMS) maintenance for employees’ attendance, leaves and absence record. Preparing reports for assessment and management reviews.
• Involved in the end-to-end separation process, conducted exit interviews, updating system/personal files & processed F&F settlements.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Formulating entire On the Job Training Skill Matrix program for imparting technical functional skills.
