Key Responsibilities are:
Window Server 2008/2012/2016 installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
Create and maintain Active Directory
Deployment and Configuration of enterprise applications i.e. Windows, Exchange Server, System Center and maintenance of large integrated environments
Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
Develop, test and deployment of advanced scripts and batch files e.g. PowerShell etc.
Evaluate and provide support in the installation and configuration of various Microsoft related IT services.
Maintain desktop systems and desktop applications, including Windows 7/8/10 and Office 2010/2013/2016.
Provide technical support to users through training, answering questions, solving problems, and documenting procedures.
Assist in developing/implementing policies and practices for protection of data from Intrusion and equipment failure or other forms of attack.
Evaluate, Design, and Create customized software packages that can be deployed via client management suite to distribute requested software remotely.
