Inspect components of the water treatment plant (RO and Demin) including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, filters, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, valves and chemical dozing.
Ensure an adequate supply of RO water for human consumption and Demin water for boilers steam generation process.
Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations.
Establish preventative maintenance schedules.
Monitoring online meters.
Monitoring / Calibration on-line instruments Cl2, SiO2, Na, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity and Total Hardness.
Managing Operations at 41 MW Power plant.
Monitor water testing of Steam Turbine (SIEMENS SST-300 41 MW impulse reaction).
Monitor water testing of 41MW and utility cooling towers and operations management.
Chemical preparation, dosing and monitor the cooling water chemistry.
Shut down inspection /reporting of Boiler.
Safe handling and storage of chemicals (DEPOSITROL BL-6501, PY-5201, FLOGARD MS- 6209, SPECTRUS NX-1104, H2SO4, HYDRAZINE, HCL, NaOH) at plant.
Monitor biomass Raw Moisture Content Testing.
Keep a daily log.
Provide reports to plant Manager, as required.
Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment.
Maintain required safety equipments.
Follow safety rules.
Looking after safety of Pakistans largest biomass fired power house including biomass storage, handling and boilers safety.
