Ensure customer requests are initiated and completed within TAT
Balance/TD/Tax certificates, LOT and statements are initiated
Deeping and activation of zero balance /inactive account, Closure of Accounts
Complaint Management
Custodian of drop box / compliant box
Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right quarters for effective resolution
Resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments.
Branch activities
Ensure BM holds weekly service meetings with entire branch staff
Arrange monthly branch trainings of banks products and processes.
Provide assistance to all other staff members in operational issues.
In the absence of RM liability, CSO as a backup, will handle all operational assignments allotted to RM (A/c opening, accomplishment of selling targets etc)
Responsible for any other task (Operational & Selling) assigned from time to time by DBOM or RBH

Well adversed with banking software. (i.e MISYS, IRIS, UNISON, CAS etc.)
Well adversed with banking system. (i.e. Activation and deals all issues about Debit & credt card, Cheque books activation, E-Banking enrollment, & etc.)
To handle all customer phone calls landing on the Bank's helpline
Ensure that all calls are handled in accordance with the laid down standards and procedures.
To maintain standards of Courtesy and Accuracy over the phone as per the call evaluation grid for phone bankers
Petty Cash Management.
Monitoring all branches performance by reviewing their daily cash activity report
Data Entry in ERP implementation procedure
Cross verification of implementing software reports with existing software
Posting of Cash & lease Sale in ERP.
Reconciliation of Receivables manual ledger with software ledgers for data rectification procedure.
Preparation of payment vouchers
Proper Documentation & filing.
Play supporting role in Receivable Audit.
All Other tasks assigned by seniors.
Fill Accounts Opening forms
ATM & cheque books Activation,
Withdrawals & deposit.
Filling of deposit slips & Pay order forms.
Any other banking tasks assigned by seniors.
