Direct regular monitoring process at organization/programme level. Expert in mid-term review, impact assessments, project evaluations, baseline/endline studies, research, KAP among others. Expert in preparing M&E frameworks/plans for all the regular and humanitarian programmes and ensured the implementation of the plan across all projects at organization level. These Programmes included Preventive Health, Education, NRM, WASH, IWRM, Community Development, Livelihood and Environment among others.

Expert in development of performance indicators and plans and consolidate the results of all programmes in performance tracking sheet sector wise. Trainings for staff on advance MER Techniques. Formulated comprehensive data bases for each projects of different donors like UNICEF, USDOL, USAID, UNHCR, BEF, Concern and others.

Worked closely with line departments likewise Social Welfare, PHED, Local Government and Education among others. Conducted research on working children of Quetta. Recently conducted a mapping exercise with all the stakeholders of Balochistan on SDGs and formulated a technical report on SDGs\' for further sharing the gap analysis report.

Manager Programme Development

Excellent project design and proposal writing skills in different sectors. Proven record of fund raising and donor interaction with different prominent donors which includes USAID, UNHCR, TDEA, GCAP, UNICEF, UNHCR, Concern, ECHO. Preparing presentation for donors and orientation of donors on programme methodology. Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization. Maintain a website and regularly update it with information about organization’s work. Improve and develop communications material for the organization such as brochure, website, annual report, poster etc. I have also formulated a inclusive youth policy and strategies for Balochistan.

Being a Manager Programmes & Operations I was responsible for multiple tasks i.e. direct programme management, programme operations, need assessments, evaluations, organization development, direct management of projects according to set target and goals while remained intact and communicated the progress to organization higher management and donors. I was also responsible for developing strategies for programmes smooth implantation and results. In this regard I had devised strategies for different programmatic areas including but not limited to gender engagement in development, youth empowerment, women economic empowerment, communication strategy among others. Apart from above I have also directly managed and implemented programmes on Human Rights, Legislative Governance, Democratic governance, CPIs, WASH, human rights, education, livelihood and TVET projets in different areas of Balochistan. I was responsible for the overall management of above programmes with regards to quality assurance, achievement of programme results (output and outcomes) and relevant reporting and coordination of above. Established effective monitoring and evaluation system and tools to measure impact and ensure accountability and efficacy. Worked in partnership with national and international organizations. Assessed staff in identifying training needs coordinated according. Taken control and Lead role in the programme budget in consultation with the finance department. Represented the organization in coordination meetings pertaining to the Education programme. I also ensured staff are trained in M&E methodologies and provided technical guidelines to the organization in educational policies. Preparation of quality plans and report before and after respectively. Also formulated Phase out strategy for education programme. My work on organization development included formulation of risk management system, gender policy and strategy, knowledge management system at organization and project level.
