Operation Systems, Field Support & Training Activities:
System Development and maintenance.
Stock Reconciliation of all GO operative, third party & virtual locations. Monitoring daily transactions from DSRR vs DTR & System physical closing vs Gauge Book.
Analysis of inventory on daily basis, ensuring temperature / density and gain / loss is booked as per the standard.
Parking Freight rates in system for IFEM movement provided by OGRA.
Provide field support and ensure disciplined work environment.
Coordinate / arrange training sessions.
Officer Supply Chain & Logistics
Supply Chain Activities:
Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
Consolidating daily stock reports of POL products (including opening stock, product receipt, in-transit product, total sale, previous day transfer & closing stock) from each Gas & Oil Pakistan Limited (GO) supply point for GM Supply & Distribution review.
Prepare daily Loan Stock of all GO locations with respective OMC’s (Record keeping of signed document).
Prepare daily Purchase Stock from local refineries (Record keeping of Invoices & Appendix-C).
Ensuring all the Hospitality agreements with respective OMC’s.
Daily Lubricant Stock at all locations monitor and forecast sales trends.
Prorata calculation from Natural to 85F for GO & other respective OMC’s.
Loan Reconciliation with respective OMC’s on monthly basis.
Logistic Activities:
Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
Fleet Management (Exception Monitoring & Controlling of IFEM movement).
Maintaining Primary Trip soft record Data Base.
Share & coordination total number of violations (Night time & speed violation) sheet to stakeholders weekly & monthly.
Geo-fencing & Land-marking of GO outlets, as received confirmation email.
Update depot wise DO Table sheet at the end of every month/ year.
Handling Toll free customer complaint query, etc.
