Front end developer, Sr. Dot Net Developer, PHP Developer (Laravel, Drupal, Magento, CorePHP), SQA, Business Developer, Customer Care Executive, MTO.
New inductions orientation and managing their accounts.
Manage Employee Attendance and leaves over TimeTrax HCM software.
Manage medical Insurance for new hires, filing claims and providing assistance to employees, adding/deleting employees.
Process Final Settlement and forward to accounts department
Arrange Employees recreational activities.
• Orientation of new inductions.
• To prepare Payroll and shift allowances on monthly basis.
• Prepare and print salary slips.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turn over.
• Prepare annual budget for employees.
• Take care of employee’s benefits and compensations.
• Maintain Leave reports.
• Recruits, Interviews, Tests, and selects employees to fill vacant position
• Keep records of benefits plans such as Life insurance, health insurance, annual appraisal, promotions, performance review, resignation and terminations.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Customer Care:
-Responsible for maintaining excellent Customer service standards and customer satisfaction in accordance with banks policy.
-Supporting customer inquiry via calls and email for their online banking and WPS inquiry for corporate and commercial customers. After very call and email we obtain customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Handling customer complaints and provide resolution in a given time frame.
-Dispute resolution
-Cross sells and up sale product to our existing clients.
-Reconciliation of branch General ledgers and accounts.
-Provide product and service information, advice and relevant products and services to customers to increase their awareness and promote their usage.
-Activation of ATM, Credit cards,
-Provide info of CASA.
-Branch Banking
-Fraud activities and take feed back from respective department.
-Complete details of TAX and use of facilities, such as ATM, iBanking,
Other Responsibilities:
-Training of new staff.
-Supervise floor in absence of Team Leader.
-Organizing staffing including shift patterns and number of staff required to meet demand.
-Discussions with manager for staff improvement and appraisal.
