Support the development of OHS policies and programs Manage and coordinate all HSE matters related with project team members and contractors Conduct Risk Assessment and enforce preventative measures Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation Preparation and Implementation of  JSA, Work instruction and SWM Initiate and organize HSE training of employees and Contractors Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or nonconformity Inspection of PPEs and Fire Fighting Equipment Conduct fire mock drill trainings  Record and investigate incidents to determine  Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management Maintains safety files, records and logs.  Performs safety inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures
