Job Responsibilities
Preparation of Sales contract/Performa Invoice
Dealing with banks regarding L/C, payment, Discounting of Bills and any other issue.
Preparation all Local sales Export Documentation L/C, D/P, CAD terms (Primary and Commercial).
As Online Form E submitted, Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, P.List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, GSP, Certificate of Analysis etc
Get all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/Ministries Chamber of Commerce.
Verifying Order received and also checking customers L/C clauses
Maintain a Direct Relationship with the Bank pertaining to all Export Procedures and Documentation.
Online booking for issuing CRO submitted S.I
Facilitate, accelerate and co-ordinate with Indenting Agents, Shipping lines, Freight Forwarder, Clearing Forwarding Agent, Banks others in order ensure timely shipment to customers
Provide continuous communication to the customers about their samples, orders and other logistics issues
Follow-up and approvals, pending in orders and processing of documentation plus any other special requests.
To follow financial procedures for all Sales, including issuing cost estimates, quotations and invoices, monitoring and recording payment, notifying outstanding debts
Maintain excellent communication and coordination with RD, Quality, Finance and Production department.
Highlight major problems faced by various customers, and propose/coordinate corrective actions
