• Have a strong liaison with labour & welfare department for annual inspection, accidental report, over time on public holyday, workers grievances complaints and all others concerned reports.

• Lead domestic inquiry against alleged persons.

• Managing a canteen with approx. 400+ works with all processing of meal in house cooks and staff. Handling all purchases of food for canteen. Three time of meal in a day for workers.
• Handling of 17 members of security staff with factories premises and all houses of factory owner.
• Managing all factory scrap like iron, plastic. Paper, wrapper, aluminum, steel, IT equipment, compressors etc.
