My aim is to work in a dynamic environment which helps me broaden my horizons and grow as an individual as well as a professional; simultaneously help me actualize my potential, both as a team player and as a leader while adding value to the society.
I have been a problem solver and a quick learner throughout my life. I prefer to learn more from the real or outside world problems and not completely relying on what's been taught within the premises of the classroom. The street smartness that I have acquired over the past 4 years of my university life has made me a sharp thinker and a competent individual. What interests me about this program is the mission and goal behind it. Not many company's programs make you grow individually by challenging you to with anything that is not even remotely related to you. With the spirits as high as mine, I would want to this program to test my managerial as well as technical skills with the new problems that keep on arising each day of our lives.
The most important skill that I have acquired is crisis management. Being a part of a very social culture at PMAS working in more than 3 student societies is what has carved me to be open to challenges and open to a crisis of all sorts. Having seen so many cracking situations, I am fully aware of the breakdowns that can occur when you are working in a strenuous yet amazing atmosphere.
I am going to utilize my managerial, technical, team building and team motivation skills to diversify myself from the rest when in a crunch situation.
I believe you have to be a good team player first before you have to be a leader. I intend to be a good team player so that I am able to become a leader and implement all my life's experiences to make this world a better place to live in by serving in a company whose sole objectives are to do more, feel better and live longer.
