 Reconciliation of Vendors & Clients Accounts and reconciling all Bank balances with ledgers at each month end .
 Maintain postdated cheaques against invoices and maintaining Client Accounts records.
 Dealing in all types of vouchers (Journal Vouchers. Cash Payment Vouchers, Bank Payment Vouchers, Cash Receipt Vouchers, Bank Receipt Vouchers)
 Performing System Reviews in SAP on Business Processes of entity on regular basis
 In charge of Clients and Suppliers payments and receipts.
 Preparation of Sales Tax Invoices, Client orders and inventory management.
 Providing assistance to team members on issues relating to ERP system Oracle and SAP.
 Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
 Producing expense reports and investigate variances.
 Internal Audit Assignment in accordation with internal audit head .
 Stock take Assignment.
