Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Update customer pricing and calculating financial impact on an annual basis.
Interact with company banking and financial partners.

Managing daily cash balances and ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
Liason with banks for routine activities.
Reconciliation of vendors accounts, Banks staments etc.
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients.
Maintaine & Reconcile Stocks level in Manual & System
Maintenance of company records such as bank files, Stock register.
Checking Payroll & arrangment of disbursement.
Arrange transportation for the delivery of material and generate DO.
Work with the Finance Manager to review and communicate process improvements.
Organize and maintain personnel records of all employees
Update internal databases (e.g. leave records,Confirmations)
Prepare HR documents, like employment, contracts and new hire guides
Review and assist in drafting company policies
