Synchronization of plant with 5 MW solar plant.
Planning and execution of maintenance and troubleshooting activities on plant including alternators, transformers, substations, circuit breakers and control system.
Responsible for prepare documentation and effective reporting to PM on daily status activities regarding plant operation and maintenance.
Root cause analysis of breakdown and critical equipment.
Interface with client as lead engineer.
Assist and coordinate with EHS manager with all EHS activities including implementation of policies/procedure and inspection

Responsible for the overall implementation of activities on site.
Monitoring and controlling 132KV/6.3KV grid operations and maintenance including 26MVA Transformer , switchgears, digital meters and relay protection system.
Hand on experience on MV/LV power generation, distribution, protection and control systems.
Hand on trouble shooting of AC/DC motors, relay and Magnetic Contactors.
Familiar with PUMA, ABB, INVT vfds.
Expertise in microprocessor relay.
Familiar with DCS and PLC.
Report work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Implement all HSE requirements for plant execution including design reviews.
Strong documentation, reporting and presenting skills.

Monitoring of O&M of Thermal power generation system, along with transmission and distribution system.
Experience in operation, maintenance and protection of (Generator & Turbine) Circuit Breakers(HT&LT), CTs, PTs, Transformers and other equipments of sub station.
Sound knowledge about switchgears.
Maintaining VFDs of ABB, INVT and controlling.
Familiar with field tests of Generator, Transformer, CT, PT, Circuit Breakers and other electrical machinery.
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
Sound knowledge about HMI, PLC, DCS
Fault/ short circuit analysis.
Supervise daily inspection of the power plant and prepare DPR (daily performance reports) of the Power Plant including all accessories.

Inspection and monitoring of current/voltage transformers, power transforms, Isolators, circuit breakers and feeders 132KV/11KV transformers.
Communication with load dispatcher to report unit consumption in substation.
Conducting deferent field tests of circuit breakers, transformers & current/ voltage transformers.
Troubleshooting of LV/ MV circuit breakers including control and protection circuits.
Monitoring of capacitor/ battery banks. To prepare shift Reports, operation records and maintainance/ all shutdown reports.

Working on Diesel Plant & Gas Plant(Caterpillar 2275 KVA & 1820 KW).
To Synchronise Plant with Wapda by using R.A Synch Control Panel.
Service Of Plant & Other equipments. To Maintain load on the Plant.
To check Temperature, Pressure, Voltage, Current, Power Factor, Frequency etc.
Filing and maintaining operation log sheets by taking readings/values from different equipment and other accessories.
