 Monthly reporting as to KPI(s) and company’s financials including cash flows,
 Annual budget and forecast,
 Co-ordination and correspondence with company bank(s), including import documentation and payments,
 Co-ordination and correspondence with company’s custom clearing agent in relation to imported shipments, their clearing and safe arrival at office premises,
 Scheduling suppliers’ payments and support sales staff in recoveries from different customers,
 GL updation on daily basis and review thereof,
 Expenses monitoring and control,
 Monthly bank reconciliations,
 Monthly stock reconciliation for different locations,
 Payroll preparation,
 Scheduling payments for tax withheld on salaries and payment to vendors,
 Monthly sales tax return filling (E-Filling), and
 Co-ordination for Annual Sales Tax Audit and Statutory External Audits of the company’s financial statements.
