i have done BBA from Lahore leads university
i have also done regular master in sociology from university of Punjab main campus Lahore .
During 7th semester of graduation in BBA i did job in call center for 6 months .it was great experience to learn and share the knowledge through professional team work under supervisors and manger .learned lot of things specially decision making and time allocation ,task completion with in time .
in addition to this i have also worked as a internee in an international NGO named HANDS. i did work in three different projects in HANDS collaborated with USAID and ACTION AID projects.
Competences : customer dealing ,SPSS software , MS office , Data entry , field work with reference to NGOs ,Research work ,Data collection , social media marketing .

it is uk based an insurance company that deals with solution of accident cases of vehicles as a third party in uk
being a customer representative i deal with customer by dialing calls and getting information of accidents happened to them through computer networks and emails.and then transfer the cases to our supervisor for further dealing purposes.
