Supervising the audit team responsible for routine work such as verifying sale of sugar, ghee, stock taking, civil bills, & daily routine vouchers

Ensuring effective strategic and operational monitoring and reporting,financial planning,budgeting and compliance to enhance the decision making process of senior management.,helping foster profitable and sustainable growth of the company.
Leading the team of receivables ,management reporting ,branch budget management ,funds and customer risk management and maintaining the good relation with audit and sales team.
