• Responsible to oversee, assess and to direct in the matters relating to employee benefit including life & health Insurance, EOBI, OPD, Loans, leaves, ID cards, etc.
• Correspondence with banks for employee benefits i.e., Lease Car etc as per company policy.
• To maintain records of entitled mobile, fuel and company/lease vehicles.
• Employee Relations day to day handle the queries, grievances & educate the company policies, procedure and code of conduct to every individual
• Liaison with leading training institutes for the development of employees regarding professional training programs/symposium.
