Having M.Phil Degree in Development Economics with a specialization as Gender Economist, I have executed various development projects in different sectors such as livelihoods improvement, Gender Empowerment, Education, Gender Mainstreaming, and Agri-Reforms for women farmers.
Besides this, I also have expertise in developing technical documents related to capacity building, grant proposals, and policy guidelines. I have been working as Coordinator and lead trainer for various training-of- of trainers and rollout training sessions in different projects. I also bring with me proven experience in establishing relationships and coordinating with various public and private stakeholders.
I am passionate about facilitating gender empowerment through improving life management skills, income generation, and financial access to women, while also helping beneficiaries with care education and digital literacy.
I have developed, implemented, managed, and evaluated cross-cutting, integrated, and multi-million dollars worth programs at a provincial and federal level for the past 09 years.
