·         Prepare monthly budgeting I coordination with Sales and Project Management teams.
·         Monitoring monthly procurement budget and communicating any variance analysis to CTO.
·         Monthly closing of financial accounts and bank reconciliation.
·         Prepare quarterly cashflow and profitability reports to discuss quarterly performance analysis.
·         Updating financial dashboards on Odoo to provide accurate cashflow position.
·         Conduct quarterly management meeting to discuss financial performance and targets for following quarter.
·         Provision of supporting documents during annual financial audits.
·         Responsible for correcting entries, adjustments and discrepancies found during annual financial audits.
·         Correspondence with banks for TTs, import Loans and daily activities.
·         Prepare and dispatch payroll in coordination with HR.

·       Identify business and financial risks in Customer/Vendor Contracts
·       Propose suitable risk mitigation strategies to solution center when preparing Quotations
·       Drafting customer/vendor Contracts, MOU, JVs
·       Weekly Project Review Meetings to identify project risks and devise solutions accordingly
·       Workshops to create the awareness of recurring and emerging risks
·       Training of new resources to familiarize with financial and technical risks
·       Preparing Internal Audit Framework and its implementation
·       Planning and conducting preliminary investigations in internal audit
·       Review and monitoring of organizational Policies and their implementation
·       Preparing an audit brief prior to undertaking each audit project
·       Preparing an evidence-based draft report including conclusions drawn from the work undertaken and recommendations for improved control.
