Designed training manual for COs and CSOs staff on WASH and livelihood.
Being MEAL Coordinator, ensure the quality and accuracy of monitoring and evaluation aspects described in proposals and reports (definition and follow up of indicators and number of beneficiaries, link with achieved activities and budget, both on a quantitative and qualitative aspect). Accomplishments: Designed the monitoring, evaluation and reporting system; designed and supervised the HMIS and MIS for the organization, developed community mobilization strategy, WASH and livelihood program, Strategized, designed, executed and successfully completed the 11 national level WASH, MNCH, SRHR and livelihood projects, designed and supervised the MIS Development, conducted series of researches on various minorities’, formed district health committees, and designed and supervised capacity building programs/projects of DHCs and COs on WASH, SRHR and livelihood.
Being Field Coordinator, led QC program and projects in Kashmir; leading the design and implementation of the program, M&E framework, MIS to track delivery against targets, outcomes and impacts. I did analysis of data collected for assessment of progress and areas of improvement, supervised reporting processes amongst technical staff and consolidates program reports, promote learning and knowledge sharing of best practices and lessons learnt. Accomplishments: Designed monitoring, evaluation and reporting system for QC AJK, designed and supervised MIS for QC, established partnership with government of Kashmir and established IT centres in schools and colleges. I have successfully completed the projects on WASH, livelihood, mother and children health centre, livestock and women economic empowerment projects. Designed, executed and exported the Kashmir handicraft brand, jam and honey bee products. Also supervised the humanitarian response projects for the flash flood affected people; constructed 250 permanent shelters.
Being M&E Coordinator responsible for effective planning and implementation of a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning for the MdM Pakistan Mission. I provided overall strategic leadership and accountability for performance monitoring and evaluation and function in a coordination role to ensure the successful implementation of the operations research strategy. I worked in collaboration with stakeholders throughout all Dar-ul-Amans (government run women shelter) in all the districts of Punjab, the project’s implementing partners and pool of volunteers. I coach and trained MDM team, Planning and Evaluation Department of SWD, DUAs Staff and other social welfare institutions. Led the definition of indicators, data collection method, data flux between the different actors involved at the different level. Define the data consolidation system, analysis and information sharing within and outside the program. Assist the operational team in selecting indicators/outputs/ outcomes for the donors’ reports/proposal and developed monitoring report.
Accomplishment: I have formed provincial level monitoring system at for the Dar ul Amans (women shelter homes) and government have approved it. Further, I designed capacity building program for the social welfare department and DuA management on M&E system, conducted trainings and developed M&E manual for the SW department GoPb.
Being M&E Specialist, led Quality & Compliance department and provided leadership within the Pakistan and Kashmir Region to strengthen organizational and staff capacity to design and implement effective monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning systems. I provided ongoing on-the-job capacity building, supportive mentoring and coaching for project M&E staff and key partners throughout the country and region to help them ensure quality data and analysis is available to program managers and donors in a timely manner. Further, provided guidance on baseline studies, annual surveys, mid-term and final studies and evaluation methodologies and assists in the analysis and building of evidentiary support of programming results.

Accomplishment: Designed and supervised continuing education program, prepared the analysis report of the baseline survey. Supervised the height and weight data collection, compilation and data analysis of the 35,000 girls’ students on daily, monthly and quarterly basis for 30 months through Health Management Information System (HMIS).
