Preparing weekly and monthly record sheets of the RFQs and Orders Providing after sales support to customers and dealing with the vendors to expedite the orders delivery. Preparing the RFQs with consultation of team lead, supervisors and sending them to customers. Following up on the RFQs to get more orders from the customers. Registering deal with HP, Belkin, Tripp lite and various manufacturers.
Communication with the customers and vendors over the phone and via E-mail. Taking Credit or debit card details from the customers over the phone, marking fraud transactions from .com customers identifying them by the large amount transactions or through their billing and shipping addresses
Processing Orders in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Communicating with Program managers, Client account managers on regular basis .
Providing customers customized products to solve their solutions.
Reporting to operations manager on daily basis.
Carrying out all the work on behalf of account executive. Providing all the IT sales solutions to clients in USA.
Creating quotations, Processing sales orders in SAP.
Responsible for handling the inside sales of IT Equipment, services and renewals to US based corporate customers.
Closely working with US based clients and suggesting suitable IT products as per their internal and external needs.
Communicating with vendors and customers on regular basis to increase existing and potential business opportunities.

Making sure that all solutions developed/customized for the client are fully validated in terms of availability, compatibility & adaptability, along with the installation & maintenance cost of equipment
