Achievements

Built capacity of 300 election observers, conducting 12 workshops for 2013 election. Conducted 9 trainings on 18th constitutional amendment for provincial leadership of major political parties of KPK through building capacity of 200 political leaders in KPK. Conducted capacity Government Act 2013 KPK in 5 district of KPK. 125 potential candidates participated in one day training arranged by Free And Fair Election Network Pakistan. Collaborated and Conducted 5 training on International Human Rights Instruments as volunteer for Community Rise Programme in Peshawar KPK..

Completed 10 out of 77 water supply scheme in 2 district focusing on women strategic needs . Establishment of 3 Women Development Centers amount $.12 million. for women social protection and capacity building. Capacity building of 60 government officials on gender mainstreaming. Capacity building of 100 Community Based Organizations (CBOs) on gender equality. Completed 50 Schools for girls in diverse environment, in spite of resistance in the area. Established 3 Gender Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Network (GRRN) for gender responsive planning and monitoring in Batagram, Shangla and Kohistan. Incorporated 30 female organization voices in livelihood documents to address the goals of MDG. Completed activities according to outcomes and outputs and Annual Work Plan (AWP) mentioned in One UN Plan. Reviewed 300 PC 1 on educational facilities through gender lens. Monitoring of 16th health facilities in Shangla. Establishment of Social Welfare Center with Rs. 50 million.

Achievements:

Established 5 Gender Development Section (GDS) in 5 key ministries of Federal Government Islamabad. Capacity building of 50 potential officers of different division of federal government. Establishment of Career Development Center for women in 3 ministries. Conducted 5 training on CEDAW for the staff of 5 ministries. Distribution of small grants of Rs. 20 million for gender mainstreaming in provincial governments of 4 units, including AJ&K and Gilgit Biltistan.

Achievements:


Capacity building of 50 Government Line Agencies Officials on demand driven planning. Conducted 5 days workshops on community driven planning for 4 districts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Achieved the target of three district development plan.

Achievements:

Prepared detailed emergency and relief plan in 7 clusters of Muzaffarabad for 7000 people. Distribution of non-food item worth of Rs. 100 million within 1 month. Hiring of local Social Mobilisers (SM) within 3 days for monitoring and implementation of relief act ivies. Surveyed of 2000 household within one week. Segregated data of 300 vulnerable families for quick emergency response.

Achievements:

Formation of 27 Community Organization in three District of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Preparation of 7 module for Azad Jammu & Kashmir Community Development Programme. Capacity Building of 50 officials of line agencies from district to lower level, for implementation of IFAD funded project.

Conducted 25 workshops on history of local government for 300 elected Nazam and Naib Nazam (Administrators ). Orientation on National Reconstruction Bureau Act of 2001. Extensive advocacy campaign for good governance at local level.

Conducted 40 Participatory Rural Appraisal Training on Social Mobilisation, Natural Resources Management and Conflict Management. Built the capacity of 1200 volunteers on PRA skills.

Establishment of consumer court in Pakistan through advocacy campaign. Formation of 3 consumer groups in Sindh ,Balouchistan and NWFP (KPK) Conducted 20 workshops on consumer policy with 20 NGOs in Pakistan.

Preparation of Integrated Resource Management Plan for District Haripur. Formation of 20 Village Development Committees for implementation and monitoring of project activities. Prepared 20 Village Land Use Plan (VLUP) for 4500 people. Raised 25 nurseries each 25000 plants for men and women for natural regeneration through village development committees. Large Scale Afforestation (LSA) in 5 villages each 150 acres. Smal Scale Afforestaration (SSA) in 15 villages 2 acres each.

Launched advocacy campaign in 2 district of Hazara to sensitized policy makers. Organized 25 provincial workshops on small enterprise development and small banks. Conducted 100 workshops for 2000 people on civic and human rights provided in the constitution of Pakistan. Clustering of 50 education schools in the area for formation of parent teachers association to increase the enrolment of female. Completed 100 water supply schemes with Rs. 10 million. Disbursement of loan of Rs. 20 million for livestock, handicraft and small business at community level among 100 villages. Raised 100 nurseries for the protection of environment and livelihood of local people.
