Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfilment and ensure the availability of parts on time for running production smoothly. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including CKD, localized parts and assembled finished bikes. Proper utilization of space for holding inventory. Treating inventory as an investment and ensure its proper utilization to fulfil the requirement of JIT and new shipments. Maintain FIFO base system for localized and CKD. Conducting an audit for inventory semi-annually, and prepare necessary documents according to it. Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control. Creation of BOM for Mass Production models and timely updating the revision in BOM.Maintain positive relationship with other department in the interest of the organization.Maintain Monthly Production Results (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). Prepare necessary reports on the basis of daily task in PYMAC ERP System.Arrangement of Physical Stock Taking twice a year in June and Dec for obtaining actual value of available assets.
