• To assist Manager in Administrative and Technical matters pertaining to installation and Maintenance of Grid station Equipment.
• To carry out tasks/ jobs assigned by manager/ DGM.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and trouble free operation of equipment installed in grid station.
• Ensure timely rectification of faults, repair/replacement of faulty equipment.
• Develop and execute Annual Preventive Maintenance program for grid station.
• Coordinate for uploading of grid data on SAP.
• To provide technical guidance and instructions to lower staff.
• To plan replacement of obsolete/faulty equipment and ensure availability of necessary spares.
• To remain on call 24/7 and ensure quick response incase emergency/breakdowns.
• Inspection and testing of new equipment procured by the department.
• Ensure implementation of Safety Guidelines and co-ordinate with HSEQ.
• Arrange sessions and trainings for employees regarding latest company policies and SOPs.
Working Experience on Special Projects:
• An overall working experience of 7 months on the rehabilitation of 220 kV & 132 kV GIS grid stations with Hitachi Japan and ABB Sweden teams respectively.
• 2 months working experience with Hitachi Japan team in the rehabilitation of 220 kV GIS grid station. Incharge for overall gas handling of GIS switchgear and maintenance work during the rehabilitation.
• 5 months working experience with ABB Sweden team in the rehabilitation of 132 kV GIS grid station. Incharge for overall gas handling of GIS switchgear and maintenance work during the rehabilitation.

• Performance based Promotion from Trainee Engineer to Assistant Manager within a Year.
• Supervised and trained staff on Gas handling of Gas insulated switchgear.
• Representative and coordinator from the department in implementing SAP in Transmission department of K-Electric.
Trainee Engineer
• Understanding the maintenance work on switchgears at Grid station and leading the team during the maintenance work at Grid station.
• Observing and doing Load Dispatch and unit commitment at Load Dispatch Centre of K-Electric
• Extensive working knowledge of Gas Insulated Grid station because worked in Overhauling of 132kV Gas Insulated Grid station (Pipri West, one of the Grid station at K-Electric (7bays)) mainly SF6 Gas handling during the maintenance work with ABB, SWEDEN team for 4 months from December 2016 to March 2017.
• Worked in Overhauling of 220kV, Gas Insulated Grid station (Pipri West, one of the Grid station at K-Electric) mainly SF6 Gas handling during the maintenance work with HITACHI, JAPAN team for 1.5 months from June 2017 to July 2017.
• Completed a Project on Trend Analysis for Predicting the Lifetime of Power Transformers being used in K-Electric.
• Carried out Operation & Maintenance activities on MV switch gear including Preventive Maintenance, Testing and Troubleshooting of faults in MV Switches.
