 Support the different implementation partners to achieve the desired objectives of the project.  Motivate community to take the initiative for installation of solar tube well and mini flour mill.  Support in data collection for baseline and market assessment.  Conduct introductory dialogues with the community institutions with the purpose to introduce the project and take their consent to participate in project activities.

To develop weekly field work plans and submit to District Coordinator on regular basis.
Prepare and compile daily field report and activity reports on weekly basis which clearly indicate direct and indirect beneficiaries and submit to District Coordinator.
Prepare and maintain daily field diary on regular basis
Participate in trainings, seminar, workshops conducted in-house or outside the organization
Ability to deliver lectures, sessions, to Target communities
Develop data base and data entry to keep updated record of beneficiaries

I have completed three month of project as a community mobilization officer in Punjab saaf pani company south. I worked in a tribal areas and it was very challenging and tough tast for me to work in triabl areas but I learn many more and I am very happy that I have worked for needy and water disserving people
