概要

Efficiently manage large amounts of data to produce clean, concise, standardized and ad-hoc reports and presentations utilizing the Climax and Microsoft Office.
□ Create and generate weekly and monthly reports and performance analysis of KPIs, including; forecast accuracy, on hand vs. on order, shipping vs. on order. future demand; analyze market trends, shipping line capacity and shipper/consignee strategies to develop accurate forecasts.
□ Ensuring innovation helps to improve the existing SCM operations in terms of cost optimization, improving service to drive a more agile supply chain. ‘As-is versus to-be’ modeling and associated road mapping derived from performance data analysis, supply chain and financial modeling in support of logistics optimization.
□ Being a 3PL Specialists, responsible for continuous process improvement in the areas of supply chain, operations and Transportation and Documentation.
Preparing and Presenting Yearly Export shipments in Annual General Body Meeting.
□ Using analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs within the supply chain.
□ Procuring space with Carriers and monitoring Activities and Export shipments and airline spaces ex-KHI and via Hub.
□ Negotiating rates / Procuring space with Shipping Lines for dry and perishable cargo.
□ Building and Maintaining relationships with local & overseas customers, identify customer’s requirements and making arrangement / providing services to meet customer satisfaction, to make more loyal customers.
□ Spot Ad hoc Pricing with overseas customers / agents.
□ Arranging / Attending Online Web Conferencing & Trainings with customers and overseas offices.
□ Liaison officer between Vendors & Customers and arranging monthly & Quarterly Visiting Clients / Airlines Officials / Buying Agents.
□ Excellent command in buyer’s EDI system such as ILS for NEXT, MY PA+, Set Log
