1. Recruitment
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.
Shortlising, Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned persons.
Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
2. Induction and On-boarding
Preparing and issuing Offer letters and appointment letters with brief working agreement and policies.
Properly filing relevant documents of the new joinees as required.
Introducing new joinees to the team and supervisor.
Coordinating with the IT team to get the email and computerized identification cards made for the new joinees.
3. Operations
Handling the HRMS of the company.
Maintaining Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
Managing Leaves and Attendance of the employees.
Handling the Payroll.
Assisting in yearly and half yearly salary increments, promotions and benefits.
Assisting in Performance Appraisals and Performance management.
Organizing Training sessions.
Employee relations - Handling all the queries of the employees, Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, Transfer etc
Managing the schedule of the CEO.
Arranging meetings and Managing calanders for meetings and conferences, including travel and catering.
Taking Meeting Minutes, Writing reports and preparing correspondence.
Prioritizing items that need attention.
General bookkeeping and preparing CEO's expense report.
Providing administrative support to meetings.
