• Designing and implementing Retail Operations Functional Champs Competition.
• Designing, implementing and monitoring Leader on Duty (LOD) program. (Store Leadership Coaching).
• Designing and implementing Retail Excellence Review System (RERS).
• Leading projects of Store Mega Events including Annual Sales, New Store Launches, Vol. Launches and other promotional activities.
