• Prepare maintenance plans, follow up MRP & monitor maintenance activities of Mech / Elec / Instruments to increase the efficiency & reduce the breakdown of equipment installed in Plant.
• Prepare Inspection plans and monitor weekly/monthly & yearly inspection activities of Mech / Elec / Instruments to ensure smooth operation of plant equipment.
• Designing, Interfacing and Troubleshooting of Electrical Panels, Cabling and UVT Type control breakers.
• Hand on experience of Power Factor Improvement System.
• Working on PLC in different types like Siemens.
• Installation, Programming and Troubleshooting of different VFD’s and DC Drives.
• Hand on experience in Utilities like Cooling Towers, Chillers, A.H.U,R.O Plant, Waste Water Treatment, Elevator, Compressor, Boiler and Generators.
• Fault diagnosis of system in case of warning or alarm.
• Prepare a yearly plan to align all engineering activities (maintenance and projects) by assessing the workload to ensure smooth execution..
• All types of AC/ DC Motors, Starters, Controllers, Circuits.
• Ensure maintenance of plant equipment & execution of project works with full compliance of Health, Safety & Environment standards by utilizing tools of Risk assessment & Hazards identifications.
• Coordinates with other departments to complete all the activities associated with maintenance and project.
• Monitor and supervised all the outsourced maintenance services as per contract based maintenance plan.
• Handled responsibilities pertaining to overall data management of the files of projects & business while ensuring accuracy, precision and facilitating easy retrieval of records as & when required.
• Conduct and maintain the record of Calibration of instruments installed in plant.
