• Responsible for Microsoft Server’s & Data Center Management.
• Management & Installation of Printers/Scanners/Photocopiers & Essential Software’s
• Responsible for all other IT Related Tasks.
• Email, Chat and Voice Support to customers.
• Responsible to run smooth FE Operation on site.

• Management of LAN & WAN on Juniper Firewall, Router & Cisco Switches.
• Management of Routing Services OSPF, VPN, PBR & Network Traffic Management.
• Network Management with VLAN, Inter-VLAN Routing & Port Binding.
• Management of Network Performance Monitor (Orion).
• Responsible for Internet Services including DHCP, DNS, File Server, WIT Server etc.
• All kind of Laptop/PC Support to more than 500 Users. (Foreigners & Local Staff)
• Management of Remote Site IP Camera’s & Servers.
• Management & Installation of Heavy Duty Printers & Scanners.
• Responsible for Telephony Services (VOIP & POTS lines)
• Conduction of Video Conference to HQ in Korea.
• Responsible for all physical installations.
