Quality Assurance:
Currently the key roles & responsibilities are:
·         Carrying out different audits in which Process audits & Final Product audits for parts in an assembly line, Parts Accuracy of plastic & carpets,5S   &  safety  audits in  order  to  make  sure  that no  observation would occur in any  station.
·         Make SQAM Documents of newly develop parts.
·         Perform Tool Calibration, Inspection of Checking Fixtures & Cutting Jig according to monthly plan in throughout plant.
·         Response to customer complaints (QFB’S) by issuing Problem tracking chart to concern department.
·         Analyze  customer  rejections for AHL seats, carpets  &  plastic  parts  &  analyze root cause by issuing PTC to concern department so that  no such type of defects  would repeat  in future.
·         Make process capability Documents in order to analyze the current position of parts & make decisions. 
·         Provide trainings to non-management staff according to monthly schedule for their better understanding regarding process stations.
·         Do Kaizens for continual improvements in process.
·         Make PFMEA documents for the process.
·         One of the yearly Task is Quality control circle in which cost saving, safety & time are minimized by performing quality improvement activities.
·         Make Weekly obeya for analyzing different customers PPM, Customer rejections, Reworking so that everyone know the current progress of a company.
·         In addition to the above mentioned activities perform other tasks as per manager requirement

Throughout my job, I am involved in multiple tasks and activities in which:
 Carried out cost minimization analysis by making R & D work in Laboratory. Find out best suit alternatives of current manufacturing components for maximize profits.
 Ensured that each lot of incoming material supply are according to the specification.
 Evaluation of defected product in semi or finished form through cooperation with the production departments so that high quality finished goods will produce.
 For fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001-2015, maintain all the mandatory documents those are necessary.
 Throughout monitoring whether all the parameters of production are meeting the standard specification and if not we take corrective actions .In addition if changes in specification requires we do the changes by approval of senior managers meeting the criteria of ISO.
 Furthermore is to make the monthly stock status report of raw materials so that commercial department could know that the previous month consumption & current month stock.
 As well as a team member of different team activities like Time motion Study, Kaizen, 5 “S” and other QC tools for cost optimization.
