· Coordination with Private, Semi Private & Government Hospitals.
· Liaison with the Hospital Management.
· Liaison with the Procurement department.
· Liaison with the finance Department.
· Liaison with the Bio Medical Department.
· Bridging the two-way communication with company and the hospital staff.
· Coordination regarding the service contracts of the Hi-Tech equipment.
Documentation and correspondence record maintenance
· Coordinating with Panel Companies at all levels.
· Preparing Panel Companies Monthly Bills summaries.
· Dealing with Companies Finance Department regarding their outstanding Bills.
· Preparing Pictorial reports of the Companies and Comparison.
· Coordination with Sehat Sahulat Program
· Submission of claims, maintaining claim records
· Preparing monthly and quarterly claim submission and outstanding amount reports.
· Reconciliation of claim amounts with respective companies.
• Assist in manage human resources by recruiting, interviewing, and screening potential staff.
• Maintain personnel records and process necessary requests.
• To manage the administration team to ensure delivery of a high quality of administration services on both internal and external front of company.
• To effectively manage daily, weekly and monthly administration to meet the operational and financial requirements of the business by providing assistance, guidance, advice, or taking appropriate action to effectively resolve issues and ensure that appropriate performance levels are being met.
• To manage Security, dealing with establishment agencies & Law Enforcement agencies.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to administration processes and procedures that support excellent standards of service delivery and the achievement of agreed service levels, in the most cost effective and profitable way possible.
• Manage the ongoing recruitment, training, development and coaching of the administration team.
• Liaise with district administration and private land owners for acquisition of land.
• Regularly review and document all aspects of individual administration staff performance including productivity, targets, quality of work and time management and use personal development plans to improve individual performance where necessary.
• To manage the ongoing repair and maintenance of office premises and facilities .Ensure the administration team handles all inbound and outbound communication in a professional manner in accordance with the interests of the Company.
