Processing and issuing remittances instruments. To check daily transactions/postings undertaken, for accuracy and completeness. Handling inward and outward clearings and transfers along with issuance, payment and balancing of pay orders ,DDs etc. Making and reporting of ITRS state bank return every month as per branch transactions. Responding to customer queries, KYC maintenance and customer due diligence as per the operations manual. Handling and assisting in inward & outward FCY remittances. Making and modifying swift messages for facilitating international remittances. Normal Clearings, FCY clearings, FDDs, Account opening, cheque book operations, ATMs and all Alternate Delivery Channels operations. Making, Operating and modifying Swift transactions as per international remittances transaction needs. Settling ATM claims, lodgement and settlement of OBC, FOBC and stop payments. .
