Telecom Engineering i.e. FTTH Network (GPON) Planning including survey of potential site, then plan the required area by ArchGIS software as LLD, then design the required area as HLD, then making the estimate the whole project in the form of BOM/ BOQ also work on Optical Fiber Network Development and Operation and Copper Network Development and Operation.

Executive Operation
Monitoring timely and proper rectification of complaints and maintain all KPIs i.e. (Reduce fault registration, MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Repeat, Denial, Retention, Restoration, M1 & M2 bill paying and Sale) and Accurate Mappingof NEs on Maximo.Support Development Wing in Rehabilitation of DC under rehab projects, also understand the all Copper OSP i.e. MSAG/MSAN, MDF, DC, DP and Copper Cables & its color code, etc. and its Parameters.Potential site identification & then Survey of the site for GPON planning then Plan design & Estimate the new GPON Project with BOQ/BOM & LLD, HLD as-built diagram using ArcMap as a professional FTTH Planner. Also understand all the GPON OSP i.e. OLT, FDH, Feeder Cable & Distribution Cable & FATs.Conduct weekly meeting about progress review of MTTR, Repeat, Denial, MTTP, CHI, revenue and gross sale also aware staff from EHS Rules.Co-ordinate with other agencies to protect and safeguard the PTCL Network during development activitiesEnsure Marketing in potential for Sale enhancement.Supervise electrical and electronics equipment including generator, rectifier, batteries, UPS, Solar System and switch room equipment i.e., NGN, MSAG, OLT etc.Can install and troubleshoot telephone lines, Broadband and IPTV & understand its all parameters. i.e. SNR, attenuation, attainable data rate etc.Can install GPON ONT, splice the optical fiber and its troubleshooting also understand its parameters i.e. normal optical power etc.
Generator Operator (Part Time)
Operation & Supervision of Powerhouse Equipment, Transformers, HT Panels, Power factor penal and 3 amount of 800 KVA Generators.
Inspect power plant equipment to detect evidence of Operating problems.
Replenish electrolytes in batteries, oil in transformers, and reset tripped Electric Relay.
Alter amount of electricity output according to situation i.e. Bus Coupling, synchronization of Generators etc.
Take hourly reading of Load, Voltage, & Current, and check all equipment gauges at established intervals, to take Corrective steps as necessary.
Record and compile operational data, completing and maintaining forms, logs, Reports, records of Diesel, lubricant oil, and coolant etc.
Following the SOPs to Reduce Electric bill.
Communicate with systems operators to regulate and coordinate transmission loads, permits, and line voltages etc. I.e. PESCO.
Network Engineering Executive
Setup Fiber Optic Telecommunication and Data Network.
Design, build and test Fiber Optic Equipment i.e., OLT, FDH, FAT/NAP & ONT.
Supervise Telecom Cable Transmission/Distribution deployment vendor and ensure to execute PTCL standard and quality.
Update and map all project data on Maximo.
Prepare all type of documentation related project and also coordinate with different government department for smooth project completion.
Design and analyze geospatial data of project using ArcMap.
