Job Responsibilities
Assure and maintain quality standards as per the Customers' requirements and deal to the customer QA department as well.
Also working as a RD head assure and develop Axiom collection for our new season working as per buyer's new requirements and our new theme to design, implement and maintain samples from selected fabric or swatch to packing process.

Common responsibilities

Set monthly goals for QA department, maintain harmony discipline amongst all the QA team members.
Keep QA team motivated set acceptable limits for all the departments and ensure that they are improving day by day
Quality risk analysis to prevent the expected problems in production.
