Responsible for entering orders, Handling shipments of Import & Exports on LC, Contract and Advance Payments, manage a department with 8 employees, work directly with the CEO and CFO of the company, Solve Conflicts, Advise priorities, handle all Import & Export Shipments and procurement from origin to destinations, find new vendors and negotiate prices for procurement and importing materials, coordination of shipping goods by air, sea and ground transportations, including retrieving price quotes, tracking shipments of Import & export and releasing them through Customs authorities.
SR. IMPORT/EXPORT OFFICER
Preparing Export documents and Coordinate with Oversea, Carrier, Shipping agent and Freight forwarder. Follow up export shipment. Coordinate with warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo. To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Follow company policies and regulations, and all implemented.
