I have established a solid professional experience of more than 17 years. Working with different national and international development organizations, I have experienced all aspects of the development sector in the last 17 years. During my professional life, I did a master’s in political science and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). So, I have worked in 4 different emergencies in Pakistan (Earthquake 2005, Flood 2010, Covid 19,2021, and Massive Flood 2022 in different positions. While working in Qatar Charity from 2018-2023, I effectively managed and utilized a portfolio of 1100 million PKR project funded by UNICEF and Qatar Charity for WASH, livelihood, CPI, Food and Shelters, Health, and relief activities in Provinces Punjab and Balochistan.


               Since 2005, I have accumulated diverse working experience in the fields of Project Management, asses in proposal development, financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, Procurement management, Procurement Resource mobilization, social mobilization, quality assurance, Report writing, and Training. Liaison development and coordination with stakeholders and sensitization of communities about Disability, Livelihood, and the WASH sector.


I have acquired a great deal of knowledge and experience to lead and manage a team of 60+ staff in UNICEF-funded WASH/Nutrition projects and I can boldly claim that I have completed 07 projects successfully across the country. My areas of expertise are Project Management, Planning and execution, conflict management, People management, Presentation and coordination, strategy and innovations, Organizational transformation programs, staff Coaching, and mentoring, culture and diversity, Change Management (organizational growth, acquisitions, succession planning), Analytical and critical thinking skills, Strategic planning and Negotiations expert. I have vast experience working in WASH/Nutrition Disability Rehabilitation/ Wash flood emergency response and humanitarian Relief projects in the provinces, of Sindh, Balochistan and Punjab, KPK, and Ajk.


Currently working with Muslim Aid Pakistan, I am managing and facilitating smooth implementation across the 3 provinces of Pakistan and coordination with more than 8 projects of different thematic areas specifically WASH. Additionally, I am supporting to team in proposal writing, Rapid Need Assessment, training and stocking pilling for Emergency response team Recently I have done RNA In Chitral along with our other team members. I am also a member of Muslim Aid Global Rapid response team members and can be respond to any emergency in 72 hours. Formerly, I have been worked as a Project Manager with Qatar Charity in UNICEF-funded project Climate Resilient Wash Flood Emergency Response in Balochistan. Before that, I have been managed large-scale humanitarian response in the Naseerabad division of Balochistan. I have managed flood response in 4 Districts with more than 30 staff members. In this response, we managed 7 large-size relief camps and serval spontaneous camps for SBCC, and WASH Services were provided and managed. Additionally, we worked on food security and shelters as well.


Aside from these, I have managed 07 WASH PATS ODF projects in Punjab and Balochistan, an Earthquake emergency in 2005, a WASH COVID emergency, and severe rehabilitation and disability projects. I am a resolute Project manager and effective leader who excels at using proven methods and innovative technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations, and increase productivity. I am enthusiastic about developing people’s capability to enhance business performance. Proven history of working at the Executive Team level developing and implementing strategically aligned HR policies and operations. My major achievement is to successfully complete 7 UNICEF and 1 PPAF-funded Project as project manager.
