• PLATFORMING UNIT capacity 4,000. bbl/day
• GAS PLNAT PROPANE RECOVERY UNIT capacity 250. bbl/day
FUNCTION OF NAPTHA HYDROTREATING(NHT)UNIT:
• The function of (NHT) process is a catalytic refining process at which
commonly used to remove platforming catalyst poisons from sour naphtha
before charging to platforming feed.
FUNCTION OF PLATFORMING UNIT:
• The function of platforming process to upgrade low octane number straight-run
naphtha to higher-octane motor fuel blending components by Catalytically promoting
specific groups of chemicalreactions.

Hands on Experience:
Applying best practices ensures the reliability and availability of all equipment to prevent
unscheduled outages and there by improve plant on stream factor.
• Unit Start up and Shut down in case of emergency like, Power failure, Steam
• failure, fuel gas & instrument failure
• Reciprocating Compressor & Turbine Driven ( Hand over /take over from
• maintenance) start up/ shut down
• High pressure PD compressor troubleshooting
• Unit Reactor safe operation.
• Centrifugal and reciprocating pumps troubleshooting
• Continuous monitoring of equipment performance, optimization and execution of
• regular preventive maintenance.
• To ensure safe chemicalhandling.
• Hot & cold jobs routineandemergency
• Performing duties as a member of emergency response team.
• To identify, investigate and report plant defects to the control room engineer.
