● Formulation of the administration department strategy for Abudawood ensuring alignment to the business strategy and ensuring effective implementation of strategic plans
● Oversee the consolidation and recommend the administration department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget
● Develop and oversee the implementation of all sectional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of administration department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
● Oversee the verification of tender documents in order to ensure compliance with Abu Dawood standards. Manage and supervise the activities of the contractors, ensuring achievement of production targets while adhering to set Quality & Health Safety and Environmental Standards (HSE).
● Contribute to the development of Service Level agreements between Abu Dawood and service providers with regard to all administration functions and ensure compliance to contractual terms by the service providers
● Facilities Management Lead and coordinate the hiring on lease /rentals of the office premises. Lead the timely maintenance of facilities as per schedule
● Ensure effective inventory management of related equipment, consumables, chemicals, security & emergency equipment and spare parts and ensure timely raising of requisitions and purchase orders for the timely replenishment of stock to fulfil safety standards.
● Manage and ensure the effective management of overseas travel arrangements in a cost and time-effective manner, including booking itineraries/venues in accord with approved budgets.
