I have vast experience of working in customer service. I started my career in 2014 and have worked in different Customer Service roles. Most of my jobs have been at US based multinational companies.
The duties of a CSS at Suave Solutions include assisting the customers using different mediums of communication such as phone, email, and chat. I answer their queries as well as resolve customer issues and complaints.
