Reaction all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalatelead and customer questions as needed,

Monitor sales activities to ensure that the sales targets are met.
Supervise the sales process by following up on orders, deliveries (and collections)
Ensure that payment and collection of receivables is done in a timely and diplomaticfashion
Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, atappropriate times o Maintain a running inventory
Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.Sprocess and by mystery shop standards.
Maintain awareness of all promotionsand advertisements.
Execute the daily operational, day today goals and priorities assigned by store management. Assist in the training and developmentof peers. Actively participate in daily huddle meetings. Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and backstock area clean and organized.
Aware of and able to respond to safety issues. Aid customers in locating merchandising in store, as well as processing special orders.
Solicit customers to open an Ace Rewards card. Answer customers’questions and provide information on procedures and policies.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Organize and coordinate salesrepresentative’s schedules.
Research potential leads from business directories.
Receive and report on all sales leads
Supervise sales representatives and assistants
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up callquestions
