Maintain ICT platform to ensure smooth provisioning of ICT services at PMC
Generate different types of customized reports and analysis, prepare analysis and more.
Prepare server platform at PMC for deployment of EMIS database and web services for EMIS / CMS / RTM and other related services.
Design & development of mechanism for EMIS regular updates.
Operation and Maintenance of Data Center / Server Platform at PMC.
Provide Database and software level support to District EMIS cell.

Data Center responsibilities
Configure and maintain Server systems and Security/Network devices.
Maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and OS level servers including MS Windows and LINUX Servers.
Hardware RAID level configuration of CMS and EMIS servers, prepare standby EMIS server.
Configuration of database and related services (EMIS/RTM/CMS) on Server platform.

EMIS/CMS/RTSM responsibilities
Availability of EMIS Spatial data through a comprehensive / user friendly GIS Modules / interface.
Design & development of mechanism for EMIS regular updates.
Availability of EMIS data at EMIS website in the form of various reports.
Implementation of CMS interface, IVR flow and other modules.
Test, verify all functions and flow of CMS and provide response from user / client side to development team.
Basis technical support to RTSM.

Supervise and motivate IT team to work collectively and efficiently.
Provide Districts support for OS issues, network problems and software installations, etc.
Plan and manage MIS/DHIS software and hardware installations.
Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.

MIS/DHIS responsibilities
Implementation of MIS policies to data accuracy, standardized procedures and security.
Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.
Assist in maintaining and updating of web site and intranet.
DHIS software installation/deployment and documentation.
Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of DHIS system to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor DHIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.
Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems

Provide leadership, vision, and management to the teams.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordinating the projects team (PROMIS, AFIS, RTS, Uffaq and more).
Keeping management and clients updated on Project progress.
Hold meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives, promote team building and work.
Technical responsibilities
Documentation, working experience with Proxy server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows Environments, Solaris-10, IBM power VM, IBM WebSphere, Mail Server configuration NMS including hardware (Sun, Oracle and IBM) and PROMIS Applications.
